Would anyone else be interested in, or find a use for, a current events board? I've posted a couple current events related things in parapolitics because it seems the most appropriate place. i'm probably overthinking this, but to be totally honest, i'd feel bad asking ryan to create another board if i'm the only one going to be using it by and large lol.

I was wondering if we can add a section where we can inquire about a certain topic that other users might know more about or are actively researching. The "Research" section for example is for people to share their research. Not sure if there already exists a relevant section that fits the purpose I outlined above.

Edit: maybe the "Parapolitics" section cab be used for that?

Might be worth while to have a 'Tip of My Tongue' sort of board, especially for deep politics/history because of how awful search engines are. It gets hard finding things I know I remember reading years ago, but the bits and details are so vague.

Example: "Does anyone remember the name of the man who ran a gay sex ring?"
